Is stress taking control of your life? Do you get easily overwhelmed with certain life tasks? Do you wish to reduce your stress and balance your life to keep up your health? This energy meditation will help you erase the cell-memory related to stress and factors that trigger stress, making you more stress-resilient, which will give you the possibility to act from a place of calm and control in any given situation.

The meditation will be 35 minutes long. After the registration, you will receive an invitation link with instructions. You can also register if you cannot make the live event as every participant will receive the mp3 recording via email immediately after the event.
