Meditation Basics for Beginners

In this workshop you will learn the basics of meditation: from the correct posture, to breathing, to the structure of your daily meditation practice. Regular meditation that is done correctly increases your concentration, endurance and resilience. After the workshop, you will receive the recording of the meditation that was carried out together and you are now prepared to meditate healthily on your own.
