We have all experienced some discomfort in our digestion: abdominal bloating, food intolerances or an disharmony in the bowel. Seen from a systematic viewpoint, the digestive tract also "digests" your emotions where f.e. anger is saved in the liver, unsolved family problems get stuck in your intestines and intolerances are often a sign of "not wanting to accept" a certain subject including the changes or issues it may bring with it. This energy meditation focused on Digestive Well-Being & Health will help you balance the emotional side of your body so that the digestive organs' functions can return to their initial healthy state and support you in your daily life rather than distract you.
After the registration, you will receive a Zoom link. You can also register if you cannot make the live event as every participant will receive the mp3 recording via email after the event.
