Back to School Meditation Workshop
Time & Location
Meditation has been proven by research to bring physical, emotional and mental health benefits, such as an increase in your focus, reduced stress, and enhanced sleep quality. In this in-person meditation workshop you will learn how to correctly and easily meditate: from the correct and comfortable posture, to the breathing, to the structure of your daily meditation practice. After the workshop, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of meditating by yourself.
Please bring with you:
1. Water Bottle
2. Pen & Paper
3. Meditation Cushion or Yoga Mat (optional)
4. We also recommend to wear comfortable clothes.
For students any age, which wish to increase thier focus, concentration and therefore reduce their study time while having better grades.
After the workshop you will further receive the recording of the meditation, to repeat it at home.
