3-Day Meditation Challenge
Time & Location
Starting Monday, 26 April, we are hosting a 3-Day Meditation Challenge with the focus on the three power centers Head, Heart & Hara (Belly). The meditations will help you increase your focus, connect deeper with yourself and your work, and amplify your willpower. Every day you will be guided through a different meditation, which offer a great opportunity for beginners to start their habit of meditating. As our services are based on energy medicine, we combine it with the meditation practice, and therefore any of our energy meditations grants healing effects.
The three days are divided as follows and focus on:
Monday, 26 April, 8-8.30 am CET: Head
You will be guided through our Brain Balancing Meditation, which clears, balances and strengthens the various brain regions to increase focus, concentration and generate a clear mind.
Tuesday, 27 April, 8-8.30 am CET: Heart
You will be guided through the Heart Petals Meditation, which activates the 12 petals of your heart and therefore enhances the connection to yourself and your environment, including your loved ones and your work.
Wednesday, 28 April, 8-8.30 am CET: Hara
You will be guided through the Belly Rotation Meditation, which amplifies your willpower, action-taking characteristic and self-confidence.
After the registration, you will receive a Zoom link. You can also register if you cannot make the live event as every participant will receive the mp3 recording via email after the event.
